OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
 
FOR OUR TOURS:

  • P.A.T.H.-TOURS may find it necessary to change itineraries or cancel. No refunds will be given in these circumstances, or in the event of any delay, curtailment, or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause, including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, or luggage.
  • Travel insurance is not included. P.A.T.H.-TOURS recommend clients have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.
  • Clients should note that bush walking and adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of clients which are beyond our control.
  • All tour prices contained herein are current in Australian Dollar and include GST but may be subject to change without notice.
  • The Australian Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist vehicles within Australia (smoking should be limited to stops along the route).
  • Warm clothes are essential for winter seasons!
  • For any cancellation, the following fees will apply:
    more than 30 days prior to departure: 15% of fare
    7 days - 30 days prior to departure: 25% of fare
    24 hours - 7 days prior to departure: 50% of fare
    within 24 hours prior to departure: 100% of fare

FOR OUR BED & BREAKFAST:

  • Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to confirmed stay will be fully refunded. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of confirmed stay will be subjest to a cancellation fee equivelant to one nights accommodation per room.
